words of encouragement…

Standard

Hi, Guys!

Earlier, I posted some funny pics.  At least I thought they were funny.  I hope you did, too.  🙂  We can always use a laugh, chuckle, giggle or smile.  Right?

However, I will tell you that, lately, personal family crap has left me feeling not really laughy, chuckly, or giggly.  But all of that bullshit is probably for another time and another blog.  So stay tuned.

Anyway, I ALWAYS feel like I can use some words of encouragement to help me navigate my life’s journey.  I want to share some with you.  Maybe they’ll help you, too.

“Take courage!  Remember: today is the tomorrow you were anxious about yesterday.” (Victor Hugo)

“The fear of what will or might happen is usually far greater than the experience of actual sorrow.” (Anonymous)

“I began to realize that a concrete situation can always be mastered, and that it is only fear and anxiety that seem to make it seem so extremely bad.”  (Dietrich Bonhoeffer)

“I try never to look too far forward nor too far behind – but I always look up.” (Charlotte Bronte)

“Imagine Your Dream – Create Your Happiness – Live Your Life.”  (a sign on my wall, given to me by my good friend, Stephanie)

That’s all for tonight.

Keep putting one foot in front of the other. One step at a time. Stay on track. Follow your path. Enjoy your journey.
